What is burritopacking?

Burritopacking is overnight bikepacking with a burrito for dinner. Burritos are dense, compact, aerodynamic foodstuffs that fit easily in bottle cages and framepacks. Bringing a burrito means you don't have to bring cooking gear. Whiskey is encouraged but optional.

Who invented burritopacking?

My partner and I first packed up burritos for an overnight during summer 2016. Were we the first? Probably not.

What kind of burrito is ideal for burritopacking?

Burritos are most easily transported, opened, and eaten when they are free from extraneous liquids — bean juice, hot sauce, etc. — and tightly wrapped.

What bike is best for burritopacking?

I could be snarky and say Salsa, but I won't. The best bike is the one you already have.

Do burritos attract bears?

Yes.
